REPORT THE LOSS BY EMAIL TO: vintageandvoguequilting @ within 14 days of shipment.
If you think its taking too long for your package to arrive, once it is marked shipped, please email us and we will gladly check on it. The post office has time limits for filing claims and we want to be sure if its lost, that we are able to file within its limitations.

We will do everything possible to track and locate your lost package, working with the carrier to expedite replacement of the shipment. A replacement for lost packages will be sent as quickly as possible.

How can I redeem a FAB SHOP PRIZE AWARD?

If you have received an email advising that you have won a gift certificate from the FabShop Hop please call us (603.880.2021 EST.) to redeem your certificate after using the online shopping cart to make your selection OR Use the cart to place your order. You must use the comment field to let us know you are using your certificate and list the certificate number. It will not show up in your cart, however, we will make the deduction before billing your card at the time of shipment.

Will you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally on a daily basis. Outside U.S. orders are by credit card only and shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Cost of shipping/insurance is billed to your cc. If we have any questions, we will contact you via email so please be sure that you have provided an email address that you check daily. For more rate information see the website for postage rates.
