SHOULD YOUR PARCEL BE LOST IN THE MAIL:

REPORT THE LOSS BY USING THE CONTACT US as soon as possible.
ALL CLAIMS FOR LOST PARCELS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 21 DAYS. If you are unable to do so, contact us and explain why.  The Post Office has time limits for filing  claims for non-delivery, mis-delivery, lost packages etc and if you wait too long to report it, the package no longer becomes eligible for refund. We need to file within its limitations.


We will do everything possible to track and locate your lost package, working with the carrier to expedite replacement of the shipment. A replacement for lost packages will be sent as quickly as possible.

Will you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally on a daily basis. Outside U.S. orders are by credit card only and shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Cost of shipping/insurance is billed to your cc. If we have any questions, we will contact you via email so please be sure that you have provided an email address that you check daily.
