We've always believed "beautiful fabrics make beautiful quilts" and have strived to offer the best available products from high quality manufacturers of fabric, and designers whose styles you love, whether it be in fabric, patterns, books, notions or more.

Just in from the US Postal Service. Due to Covid there are delays in shipping. Everything is moving slower than normal and there are some scattered very large delays. Most things are arriving within just a bit longer than usual but there are some things that have had extended arrival times.

There may also be weather delays impacting delivery where you live, such as within the Hurricane/Tropical Storm zones.
We are making great progress with Anne's English reservations. 4 teams with expanded cutting stations, and each station has their own bolts. KITS, SETS, YARDAGE, Shipping. We are adhering to guidelines and protocols required at this time for safety. Once a team finishes, they will be allocated to another to move things out.
We are filling Super Bloom backorders. If you had a reservation, you will receive an email. If you had a backordered fabric, we are filling it automatically and you need not email us. We are shipping those out automatically.
The quilt industry is still experiencing widespread delays in restocking: books, patterns, threads, notions, fabric etc.
All of the major distributors are quoting extended delivery times. Items that they run out of are taking much longer than usual to restock. We are just starting to see the restock of Aurifil threads. If there are particular colors you are looking for, send us the number and we will search for it across multiple suppliers. Some, not all, of our Australian patterns are taking 6 weeks or more to restock. Some are not. So, it might be best to email us if you have a question about availability. Even designers within the US seem to be much slower to restock. We are shipping out partial orders with available items and back ordering the other items at our shipping expense. We are so thankful for your patience and understanding. We are working as hard as we can to bring you the best as quickly as possible.
DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE MAY NOT ANSWER EMAILS UNTIL AFTER 7 PM EST.
This is helping us maximize the number of shipments leaving each day.
If you don't receive a reply to your email within 24 hours, please email us again. We've had a few reports of people whose emails to us were not received by us. Technology works, most of the time, but not all of the time.
When your order has shipped out, an email confirmation is sent.
- When your order has shipped out, an email confirmation is sent, to the email address you entered.
- If you entered your email address incorrectly, you won't receive a confirmation.
- If you created an account, you can sign in and check your order status at any item.
- If you did not create an account, and shopped as a "GUEST", you won't be able to check your order status.
- You can register for an account, and should, so that you can use this option of seeing what's going on with your future orders, but when you do so, it will not link orders previously placed as a GUEST.
- GUEST orders should still receive shipping confirmation notice.
We custom cut every bit of all fabrics off a bolt, except for Moda pre-cuts.
It is not a prepackaged, pre-cut bundles, shipped in from overseas. It's all cut right here in the USA.
ORDER STATUS MESSAGES:
We are aware of your order as soon as you place it.
We have 4 order status:
Processing, Pending Shipment, Partially Shipped, Shipped.
Processing means that your order is being prepared, restock on patterns, books, notions or fabric has been ordered, and your order is being prepared. Do not worry if your order says processing. It doesn't mean we are ignoring it. It means we are waiting for something to happen that changes the status. Often with fabric, we go straight from processing to shipped.
Pending Shipments are those that are due to ship within 24-48 hours, pending the arrival of restock, and the completion of your order preparation. For a pattern, etc. this means we know the restock is about to arrive, we've printed your invoice, we're ready to seal the package and ship.
Partially Shipped means not all of the items in your order have shipped and in the comment section, we have put notes.
If you did not receive an order confirmation, check your spam folder. Some email hosts automatically reject emails generated via computer.
Sometimes you have failed to enter your email address correctly and therefore you haven't received the confirmation.
Shipped means just that. Your order has shipped in full. Nearly all orders are shipped via USPS. If you need to know what day your package will be arriving, sign up for INFORMED DELIVERY at the USPS.COM.
It will notify you of each and every item coming for delivery.
