Chloe is a beginner friendly pattern that utilizes half square triangles to make a lap sized quilt. The pattern is layer cake and charm pack friendly. The cover quilt used the True Colors collection as the prints and Fairy Flakes in Paper as the background, both by Tula Pink for FreeSpirit Fabrics.
