Dinahs Delight begins with an antiquequilt that was really two finished quilts thathad been cut up to create a new quilt in theearly 1800s. I was fascinated by the construction, wondering if the quilts were cut apart tohide them from the enemy, or if they were thesalvaged parts of damaged quilts. Circa 1830-1860 this collection captures vintage textiles of the time and continues to retell my family legacy.
