Description:Designed by Di Ford-Hall for Andover Fabrics, this cotton print fabric is perfect for quilting, apparel and home decor accents. Colors include cream, yellow, brown, teal and tan. First of all the ground has an intricate design of very small triangles that overlap and are in shades of light and medium that gives the ground a vibrating look. Overlaid on this geometric ground is a cream oval with a brown filling. Thru the center is a baton or hey, it could be a candy bar that is blue-brown-blue. In one row all of these ovals and bars are pointed in one direction. In the following row, they all are pointed in the opposite direction. The design despite these directional elements, retains the overall impression of being an "overall" design. With a distinctive vintage style, reminiscent of the-early-late 1800s, this looks to be clearly a very old and rare motif.
