SHOULD YOUR PARCEL BE LOST IN THE MAIL:

REPORT THE LOSS BY USING THE CONTACT US as soon as possible.
ALL CLAIMS FOR LOST PARCELS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 21 DAYS. If you are unable to do so, contact us and explain why. The Post Office has time limits for filing claims for non-delivery, mis-delivery, lost packages etc and if you wait too long to report it, the package no longer becomes eligible for refund. We need to file within its limitations.

We will do everything possible to track and locate your lost package, working with the carrier to expedite replacement of the shipment. A replacement for lost packages will be sent as quickly as possible.

ORDER STATUS MESSAGES:

We are aware of your order as soon as you place it.

We have 4 order status:

Processing, Pending Shipment, Partially Shipped, Shipped.

Processingmeans that your order is being prepared, restock on patterns, books, notions or fabric has been ordered, and your order is being prepared. Do not worry if your order says processing. It doesn't mean we are ignoring it. It means we are waiting for something to happen that changes the status. Often with fabric, we go straight from processing to shipped.

Pending Shipments are those that are due to ship within 24-48 hours, pending the arrival of restock, and the completion of your order preparation. For a pattern, etc. this means we know the restock is about to arrive, we've printed your invoice, we're ready to seal the package and ship.

Partially Shippedmeans not all of the items in your order have shipped and in the comment section, we have put notes.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, check your spam folder. Some email hosts automatically reject emails generated via computer.

Sometimes you have failed to enter your email address correctly and therefore you haven't received the confirmation.


Shipped means just that. Your order has shipped in full. Nearly all orders are shipped via USPS. If you need to know what day your package will be arriving, sign up for INFORMED DELIVERY at the USPS.COM.

It will notify you of each and every item coming for delivery.


Will you ship overseas?

Yes. We shipinternationally on a daily basis. Outside U.S. orders are by credit card only and shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Cost of shipping/insurance is billed to yourcc. If we have any questions, we will contact you via email so please be sure that you have provided an email address that you check daily. How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
